We try and keep the shipping of your vehicle as simple as possible.

In order to provide you with a quote for shipping your vehicle we ask that you give us the following information:

• Vehicle dimensions (length, width & height)
• Will the vehicle be loaded?
• Vehicle weight (not essential)
• Is the vehicle driveable?

Once the quotation process is complete we request the following information:

• The full name & contact information of the shipper
• The full name and contact information of the receiver
• A copy of the Registration Certificate or  Log Book
• A copy of the receipt or invoice for the vehicle
• A copy of the receipts for everything that is to be loaded in the vehicle
  

To keep this as simple as possible, we will send you our ‘Application Pack’ which will include confirmation of what we need, the appropriate form for you to fill in and a pre-paid envelope for you to return your information back to us.

Collection & delivery in the UK

In order to get your vehicle to the port we always recommend that the client delivers the vehicle to the port themselves. But this is not always possible and we can help you here too.

Self drive

Should you be able to drive the vehicle yourself we will provide you with full address details, maps and detailed instructions on what to do at the port.
